We are responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit. We will keep your personal details secure and use the information you provide in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of this Privacy Notice
What information do we collect about you?
If you choose to make a booking with us or make queries about a potential booking we will collect details that you provide in relation to that booking or query. Information held is likely to include your name, contact details which may include home address, email address and telephone number, payment details which may include a credit or debit card numbers, information about people travelling with you, information about your booking and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements, e.g. dietary requirements.
How we use the information we hold on you
We will use your email address to send you confirmation of the booking. After your stay you will receive an email at the end of the month you stayed asking you if everything was ok with your stay and inviting you to provide feedback on Trip Advisor for the information of others. We will not use your telephone number to contact you unless it for an emergency and/or we have been unable to contact you by email. We may use your mobile or landline number to ascertain your eta if not already provided.
On what legal basis will we process your information?
We will always process your personal information on lawful grounds and in particular on the grounds set out below:-
Performance of a Contract - If you make a booking through us we will use the details that you give to provide that booking to you. This information is likely to include your name, contact details, payment details, information about people travelling with you, information about your booking and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements. If you do not provide us with the information set out in this paragraph, then we may not be able to provide the booking.
Legal Obligation We may also disclose your personal data without your permission to the extent that we are required to do so by law or regulation.
How is your data stored?
All of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply us, as part of the booking process, is stored securely on a third party system, InnStyle. Neither we nor InnStyle will share your information with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
We will not use any of your data for any marketing purpose.
We are required by law to collect the following information on all our guests. We do this by asking you to complete a registration form on arrival.
For commonwealth guests;
• Name and nationality
For non- commonwealth guests;
• Name, nationality, passport number, address of next destination
We will keep these forms safely in a locked filing cabinet. We are required to keep these registration forms for a year and show them to a police officer if they request to see them. We will destroy these forms 12 months after your stay.
Access to your information

How do we update this privacy notice?
